How does OLIMP BIO SILICA ® improve beauty?

All the components included in OLIMP BIO SILICA® complement each other's action. Easily absorbed silica (field horsetail) regulates the process of skin keratosis; sulphuric amino acids, together with collagen, rebuild damaged skin structures; while flavonoid and mineral compounds (stinging nettle) reduce the signs of ageing. A carefully matched set of minerals and vitamins determines whether all these reactions take place in the correct way. The optimal composition of all the most important bioactive components has an overall influence on the improvement of your skin's appearance and on the maintenance of healthy looking hair and nails.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

One capsule of this dietary supplement should be taken twice a day, preferably during a meal. When this preparation is applied, other preparations containing silicon should not be taken and when the preparation is applied for a longer period of time, the diet should be additionally supplemented by B vitamin complex.
