MEX GLUTA-MAX PRO utilizes several glutamine forms with different speeds and routes of digestion and assimilation. For maximal cell volume and recovery we have also added a precise amount of synergistically acting taurine, making it a complete muscle building product. This multi-angle approach ensures that high glutamine levels are reached instantly and retained longer in the right biochemical environment for optimal effectiveness.
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (5 g) in 6 to 8 oz (220 ml) of water. Drink 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 serving 30 minutes after training.
