Ingredients: Beta-Alanine, Carrier (Magnesium Stearate), Gelatin (capsules).
Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that’s used by muscle cells to synthesize Carnosine. Carnosine is found in high concentrations in skeletal muscle, and it’s preferentially located in the strongest Type II fast-twitch muscle fibers. Boosting Carnosine in muscles via Beta-Alanine supplementation has a growing popularity among educated bodybuilders and athletes.

Directions: As a general dose take 5 capsules spread out evenly during the day.
